AI for Retail and E-commerce

Shopee, SHOPLINE, 91APP and Buy123 each have their own back office, their own order export and their own stock deduction. AI GO brings products, orders and logistics across every channel onto one dataset, so overselling and missed orders stop depending on someone watching.

What you are probably dealing with

Overselling is routine

One pool of stock listed on four marketplaces, each deducting its own way. When something sells well it sells twice at once, and all you can do is ring customers to apologise.

Orders downloaded four times a day

Every morning means logging into four back offices, exporting four CSVs, pasting them into one sheet and sequencing dispatch. By the time that is done it is lunchtime.

Product edits made four times over

A price change, a copy tweak, a spec correction — repeated on every marketplace. By the third one you have forgotten exactly what you changed on the first.

Invoicing lags behind dispatch

Goods ship and then someone remembers the invoice, or an invoice exists that nobody can match to an order. Month-end reconciliation is where it hurts.

Before and after

Before

  1. 1Orders exported separately from each back office
  2. 2Stock deducted per marketplace; overselling caught by eye
  3. 3Product data maintained once per channel
  4. 4Dispatch lists assembled by hand and passed to the carrier
  5. 5Invoices issued after the fact and matched manually

With AI GO

  1. 1Orders from every marketplace sync into one list
  2. 2Stock is shared across channels and delists when sold out
  3. 3One product master maintained and pushed to each channel
  4. 4Dispatch and logistics status handled in batches
  5. 5Checkout triggers invoicing, bound to the sales order

Integration

Platform capabilities

Connects the marketplaces you sell on

Shopee, SHOPLINE, 91APP and Buy123 each have their own integration module syncing products, orders and logistics status, so channel strategy never has to bend to the software.

One pool of stock

Channels share one stock record, deducted the moment something sells. Overselling comes from every marketplace keeping its own book — a single source is the actual fix.

Dispatch and logistics in batches

Logistics modules such as 7-ELEVEN parcel handling process dispatch notes and status in bulk rather than one order at a time.

Invoices follow the order

Issued automatically by webhook on checkout and bound to the sales order, so month-end never means matching invoice to order by hand.

FAQ

We only sell on one marketplace. Do we need this?
With a single channel the value of stock syncing is limited, so the benefit sits in dispatch, logistics and invoicing. Time what you currently spend from order export to dispatch complete — over an hour a day makes it worth doing; if it is already smooth, there is no urgency.
What happens when a marketplace changes its API?
Integration modules are updated as platform interfaces change — that is the main advantage over writing your own connector, since maintenance is not your problem. Significant platform changes are handled on our side.
Is there a lag in stock syncing?
Yes — every cross-platform sync has one. The practical answer is a safety buffer on fast-moving lines so the lag is absorbed by the buffer rather than by a customer. That buffer is set during adoption based on your sales tempo.
Can we connect one marketplace first?
Yes, and we recommend it. Start with your highest-volume channel, get it running, then add the rest one at a time.
