FAQ

Can AI output go straight to the client?
We would advise against it, and that is not what the tool is for. AI here accelerates search and first-pass synthesis, freeing senior people from finding material; forming the opinion, and the responsibility for it, stays with a person. Because results trace back to source, verification costs far less than re-reading.
Is client confidential material safe in the system?
Matter-level separation and access logging are platform capabilities: who can reach which matters is configurable and every access is recorded. That is more controlled than the status quo of personal inboxes and folders. Deployment shape can be discussed against your requirements.
We are not an IP firm. Does this apply?
Yes. The patent management system is designed for IP matters; law, accounting and consulting firms typically combine the document centre with the project module, then customise fields and stages to their own matter process.
Will adoption disrupt live matters?
We suggest new matters go into the system while existing ones close out naturally rather than migrating everything at once. High-risk items such as deadlines can be entered comprehensively first, with the rest backfilled gradually. That is the lowest-risk sequence.
