AI for Media and Agencies

One project means managing the client, the production schedule, publishing and the wrap report all at once. AI GO runs pitch through to close-out on one system, so production teams stop reconciling progress across five spreadsheets.

What you are probably dealing with

A spreadsheet per project

Client details, production schedule, asset versions and billing each get their own sheet. Run five projects and that is twenty sheets, with nobody sure which one was last updated.

Progress only surfaces in meetings

Which stage the copy reached, who is revising the assets, whether client feedback arrived — synced verbally at the weekly. Something stalls for three days and the weekly is where you find out.

Assets named however people feel

final, final2, actually-final. Files spread across cloud storage and personal machines, and when the client asks which version is live, nobody will commit to an answer.

Wrap reports rebuilt every time

Impressions, engagement, attendance and satisfaction all sit on different platforms. Close-out means a day or two of manual assembly, in a slightly different format each time.

Before and after

Before

  1. 1A fresh set of spreadsheets per project
  2. 2Progress synced verbally at the weekly meeting
  3. 3Asset versions named and stored ad hoc
  4. 4Client feedback scattered across email and chat
  5. 5Wrap reports assembled by hand over one to two days

With AI GO

  1. 1Projects cloned from a template with fixed fields
  2. 2Progress visible live — a stall shows the same day
  3. 3Assets and versions consolidated and traceable
  4. 4Client feedback enters the system against specific items
  5. 5Wrap reports generated from fields already captured

Modules involved

Project and campaign management is the core; client relationships and document versioning can be added as the team grows.

活動與行銷管理

活動與行銷一站式管理:活動報名與報到、預算與收支損益、抽獎小工具、內容提案簽核與製作工作項、社群貼文排程與發布。

Productivity

專案進度管理助手

把 LINE、GitHub 的零散訊號自動內化成專案進度。訊號進來自動歸戶到專案、化成進度時間軸,人隨時可調整;總覽永遠答得出「現在有幾件事等處理、每個專案走到哪」。

Platform capabilities

Every project visible at once

Stage, owner and blocker for each project on one board. No waiting for the weekly, and no going project by project asking.

Built around your production flow

Every agency has its own gates — first draft, internal review, client review, publish. No need to adopt a packaged tool’s stage names.

Asset versions leave a trail

Which version the client approved, who changed what and when, all in the system. Filenames stop being the source of truth.

Close-out is not a rebuild

Campaign and project data enters the system as work happens, so the wrap report is produced rather than transcribed back from each platform.

FAQ

We already use Notion or Trello. Do we switch?
It depends where you are stuck. General project tools manage tasks well but not data — client records, costs, asset versions and close-out figures still live elsewhere, and that is where most media teams actually hurt. Keep tasks where they are, bring the data layer across, then reassess.
Can clients see progress themselves?
Yes, with scoping. Clients see external-facing stages and items awaiting their approval; internal hours, costs and review comments stay hidden. Layered access is a platform capability, so there is no need to build a separate client-facing system.
Our asset files are large. Can the system hold them?
The usual approach is to leave the files themselves in your existing cloud storage and let the system manage version records, approval state and relationships. Large files never move, and the real problem — which version is correct — is still solved.
How long does adoption take?
Templates work out of the box; you can put a live project through on day one. Connecting existing client or finance systems is handled by a Forward Deployed Engineer, usually in weeks. Run one project through a full cycle before rolling out widely.
