# AI for Operations

Stock on the books, nothing on the shelf; delivery sequencing left to whoever has done it longest. AI GO brings stock control, inventory and routing into one system so operational decisions have numbers behind them.

- **In sync** movements update stock immediately
- **Optimised** delivery order calculated for you
- **One system** replaces stock control, inventory and reporting

## 現況痛點

### Stock on the books, nothing on the shelf

Receipts, sales and returns are all entered separately. Miss one and the count is wrong — and you find out when an order is ready to ship and the customer is already waiting.

### Dead stock discovered at write-off

With no view of ageing or turnover, slow lines simply sit there. By the time a stocktake reveals they occupy a third of the warehouse, the cost is already sunk.

### Routing by instinct

A dozen drops sequenced by the driver — doubling back, overlapping windows, everything bunched into the same hour. Nobody can quantify the fuel and time lost.

### Payables and receivables in separate books

Goods sold but unpaid, materials received but unbilled, spread across different sheets. Working out the real cash position takes three conversations.

## 導入前後對照

**Before**

- Receipts, sales and returns entered separately
- Stock figures corrected only at periodic stocktake
- Shortages discovered just before dispatch
- Delivery order decided by the driver
- Payables and receivables kept in separate sheets

**With AI GO**

- Documents entered once; stock moves immediately
- Ageing and turnover visible whenever you look
- Safety levels trigger a prompt before you run out
- Addresses geocoded and sequenced into an optimal route
- Payables, receivables and reports run off one dataset

## AI GO 對應能力

Stock control is the backbone; delivery and asset rental can be added depending on how you operate.

### Documents and stock are one dataset

Sales, purchasing, returns, stock lookups, payables and receivables and reporting all live in one module, rather than six systems each keeping their own copy.

### Ageing and turnover you can see

Which lines have sat too long and which turn fast enough to run out — decided on numbers rather than impressions.

### Routes calculated automatically

Paste in delivery addresses and they are geocoded, then sequenced via the Google Directions API — with a built-in TSP fallback so a route is still produced if the external service is unavailable.

### Built around your document flow

Your approval gates, document fields, allowance and return logic are your own. No need to reshape the business around a packaged ERP.

## ROI 試算

For an SME with warehousing and delivery, a three-person operations team at an average loaded rate of NT$320/hour:

| 作業項目 | 每月人工工時 | 時薪 | 每月可省 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Document entry and stock adjustment | 40 | NT$300 | NT$12,000 |
| Stocktakes and variance investigation | 28 | NT$320 | NT$8,960 |
| Planning delivery sequences | 22 | NT$300 | NT$6,600 | <!-- About an hour a day -->
| Reconciling payables and receivables | 18 | NT$400 | NT$7,200 |
| Assembling operational reports | 12 | NT$420 | NT$5,040 |

## 常見問題

### We already have an ERP. Do we need this?

It depends where your ERP falls short. For most SMEs the problem is not the absence of an ERP but that its fields do not match how the business actually works, so everyone quietly returns to Excel. AI GO either generates to your real process, or sits alongside the existing ERP filling the gap it cannot cover.

### How accurate is the routing?

It uses the Google Directions API for real road distance and time, not straight lines. If the external service is unavailable it falls back to a built-in TSP calculation, which still yields a usable sequence rather than failing outright.

### How does existing data get migrated?

Master records for products, customers and suppliers import in bulk; opening stock is best set against a physical count. A Forward Deployed Engineer works through this with you, usually in weeks.

### Can we adopt inventory only and leave sales where it is?

You can, with one caveat: inaccurate stock usually traces back to documents not being entered promptly. Adopting inventory alone while sales stays elsewhere limits how much accuracy improves. Most teams bring sales and inventory across together.
