# AI for Marketing

Half of a marketing team’s week is admin: scheduling posts, building EDMs, copying performance figures into a spreadsheet. AI GO pulls that into one system so marketers go back to planning and judgement.

- **8 hours** saved per EDM build
- **One view** cross-channel results, no re-keying
- **Instant** event sign-ups land in the CRM

## 現況痛點

### Every campaign is rebuilt from scratch

Sign-up form in Google Forms, list in Excel, confirmation emails sent by hand, reminders sent by hand again. Then two days of wrap-up reporting — and the next campaign starts the whole cycle over.

### Results are scattered across five dashboards

Facebook, Instagram, the mailer, website analytics. When the boss asks for quarterly ROI, someone opens five tabs and transcribes numbers, hoping they got them right.

### Lists sit there doing nothing

Three hundred cards from a trade show, two hundred event registrations — into a spreadsheet and then silence. No segmentation, no triggered follow-up. The money was spent but the list was never worked.

### Subscriptions stack up

Mailchimp, Hootsuite, a form tool, a reporting tool — separate invoices, none of them sharing data, and integrating them means finding someone to write it.

## 導入前後對照

**Before**

- A new sign-up form and list built for every campaign
- Confirmation and reminder emails sent manually
- Social posts published from memory at the right time
- Numbers transcribed from each platform’s dashboard
- Wrap-up report assembled by hand over two days

**With AI GO**

- Campaigns cloned from a template, form ready immediately
- Confirmations and reminders triggered by registration state
- Post scheduling centralised, assets shared
- Cross-channel figures land in one dashboard
- Wrap-up report generated from the fields already captured

## AI GO 對應能力

From campaigns and lists through to sending and cross-channel results — adopt one stage, or wire them into a single marketing pipeline.

### Built around your campaign process

Your registration fields, approval gates and segmentation rules are your own. Rather than bending them to a packaged form tool, describe what you need and the app is generated to match.

### Scheduling and triggers

Confirmation on sign-up, a reminder three days before, a survey afterwards — configure the sequence once and every campaign after that runs it automatically.

### Captured leads are immediately usable

Gmail OAuth sending, webhooks from your website forms, leads written straight into the CRM. No more data sitting in a spreadsheet waiting for someone to move it.

### Results in one place

Registrations, open rates, attendance and downstream revenue read off the same dataset — instead of five dashboards stitched together by hand.

## ROI 試算

For a four-person marketing team at an average loaded rate of NT$320/hour, here is the monthly labour cost you can recover:

| 作業項目 | 每月人工工時 | 時薪 | 每月可省 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Building and sending EDMs | 24 | NT$320 | NT$7,680 | <!-- About three per month at 8 hours each -->
| Event registration handling and notifications | 20 | NT$320 | NT$6,400 |
| Social scheduling and asset wrangling | 18 | NT$300 | NT$5,400 |
| Transcribing cross-platform results into reports | 16 | NT$380 | NT$6,080 | <!-- Done by a manager, so a higher rate -->
| List segmentation and follow-up | 12 | NT$320 | NT$3,840 |

## 常見問題

### We use Mailchimp. Do we have to switch?

Not necessarily. Most teams start by moving only registration and list management across, leaving sending where it is. After a while many find that keeping sending elsewhere means syncing lists in two places, and choose to bring it in. That sequence is yours to decide — the pieces are not bundled.

### How do performance figures get into the system?

Website and campaign data arrive directly via webhook or API. Social platforms connect through whatever interfaces they expose. Anything that cannot be pulled automatically is imported manually but still lands in the same data structure — you do not fall back to a spreadsheet.

### Our marketers are not technical. Can they change things themselves?

Yes. Fields, notification triggers and segmentation rules can be adjusted by describing the change — no code. For external integrations or more complex logic, a Forward Deployed Engineer helps, usually within weeks.

### How is list compliance handled?

All lists live under the company account with controls and logs over who can view and who can export. Unsubscribe and personal-data deletion can be built into the process rather than depending on someone remembering.
