# AI for Education and Training

Enrolment, timetabling, registers, fees and make-up classes are each managed somewhere different. AI GO brings courses and students onto one system so administrators go back to the work that actually drives enrolment.

- **One record** student data from sign-up to completion
- **Automatic** course and payment reminders
- **Trackable** attendance, make-ups and learning history

## 現況痛點

### Enrolment data typed three times

Once in the online form, once into an Excel list, once again onto the class register. By the third pass somebody has mistyped a phone number.

### Timetable clashes surface too late

Teachers, rooms and slots are scheduled in separate sheets, so a clash only appears just before the course starts — and then every student has to be told about the change.

### Fee chasing depends on memory

Who has paid, who is on a plan and who is overdue sits in the administrator’s spreadsheet. Get busy and the chasing stops, and cash flow follows.

### Learning history never accumulates

Which courses a student took, how many sessions they missed and whether they made them up are scattered across each term’s lists. When it comes to recommending a renewal there is nothing to go on.

## 導入前後對照

**Before**

- Enrolment data re-keyed across form, spreadsheet and register
- Teachers, rooms and slots scheduled separately; clashes found late
- Course and payment notices sent manually
- Attendance and make-ups kept on paper or in separate files
- Renewal lists assembled from an administrator’s impression

**With AI GO**

- Enrolled once, carried through to completion
- Timetable clashes blocked at the point of creation
- Course and payment reminders sent automatically
- Attendance and make-up records follow the student
- Learning history queryable, so renewals have a basis

## AI GO 對應能力

Course management is the core; enrolment campaigns, fee collection and teacher attendance can be layered on as you grow.

### Courses and students on one dataset

Enrolment, scheduling, attendance, make-ups and completion run in one module rather than five separate lists — so this term’s data always agrees with last term’s.

### Notifications without memory

Course reminders, payment due dates, make-up scheduling and certificate expiry are configured once and then sent by the system, instead of administrators phoning around.

### Enrolment campaigns are reusable

Information sessions, trial classes and early-bird sign-ups are templated in the campaign module and cloned each term rather than rebuilt.

### Your course structure, not a package’s

Cohorts, credits, session bundles, memberships — every institution prices and schedules differently. No need to change your business model to fit software.

## ROI 試算

For a mid-sized institution with three administrators at an average loaded rate of NT$300/hour:

| 作業項目 | 每月人工工時 | 時薪 | 每月可省 |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Re-keying enrolment data | 34 | NT$280 | NT$9,520 |
| Timetabling and resolving clashes | 26 | NT$350 | NT$9,100 |
| Course and payment notifications | 24 | NT$280 | NT$6,720 |
| Registers and make-up scheduling | 22 | NT$280 | NT$6,160 |
| Preparing renewal lists | 14 | NT$350 | NT$4,900 |

## 常見問題

### We are small. Do we need a system?

The test is not student numbers but how many times the same record is typed. If enrolment data is entered in three places, you are paying a duplication cost regardless of size, and the error rate compounds each term. Conversely, if you already enter it once, the marginal benefit is limited.

### Do teachers have to learn a new system?

Keep the teacher-facing surface minimal — usually just taking the register and post-class feedback, and make it work on a phone. Administrative complexity should not be pushed onto teaching staff, or adoption will fail.

### How is student personal data protected?

Who can view student records and who can export lists are controlled and logged. Guardian information for minors can be scoped separately. This is more controlled than spreadsheets held by individual administrators.

### Does this work for online courses?

Yes — courses, students, attendance and fees are common to both formats. Video delivery normally stays on your existing platform, while the system manages enrolment, entitlement and learning history at the data layer.
